Slipping auto transmission warranty coverage

On the slipping auto transmission TSB, is that covered under the 5yr/60kmi powertrain warranty, or only the 3yr/36kmi bumper-to-bumper warranty?

if you are under 3yr/36k...then it IS covered.

if you are OVER 3yr/36k...then it IS covered under the 60k mile powertrain warranty.

don't let a dealership tell you otherwise. you can call nissan to verify.

i just had it done to my 2k with 45k miles! it's a new car!

I had the slipping tranny TSB done on my 2K with 37,000 and the dealership covered it under the 60,000 mile powertrain warrenty. The transmission shifts so much better. Right after that I ordered some BG44K and ran that through the gas tank and I believe the car runs as good as it did when new. 100 percent better. If anyone hasnt used this stuff and has 30K on their rigs, you are missing the best and cheapest little tune up jobs you can get.
