My leather on the steering wheel is coming flaking off....what am I looking at cost wise to get this replaced?

 

I saw on someones cardomain site that theres was ripped and they tore it off, they said it was "the best thing they had ever done" I guess it looks nice without it

 

Not really. Mine was torn off when I bought it, and the "feel" is worse as well as the grip. I know this because I had the leather on my previous max, and it felt much better.

Anyone know if you can buy a leather "cover" that is close to the original?

you can also check your local upholstery shop. I know I got a quote from mine for around $50.
