Me VS. Durango Shelby sp 360

Should I go up against my friend's sp360. He keeps on saying that he has so much horsepower and torque and i'm thinking my max can beat him. It's got a Dodge 5.9 liter engine with a kenne bell sc and all of these other mods like dual exhaust, intake and all those goodies. So what you think, should I just admit that I would lose and not go againsy him, OR should I give it a shot?

www.dodgetrucks.org More than likely, if he's got all those mods, he'll probably beat you. A normal Durango which I have does a 0-60 in 8 seconds. Many of the R/T's with mods are capable of high 12's low 13's. This is speculation. I'm sure if you search the above mentioned link you'll find your answer.

Well, , that truck is a heavy one, and if I remember correctly they ran maybe a high 14second run even with the s/c. I would run him, I've witnessed an 02 Max beating my cousins lightly modded Dakota R/T. The 360 has alot of guts off of the line, but it will "hit the wall" on top end.......

I wouldn't worry too much about your friends truck, even with boltons, I doubt he is running mid 14's, which is what he would need to take a stick (or auto) Maxima out. He is more likely running low 15's/high 14's. It will be close though. If this happens let me know, I would like to hang around and watch/tape. PM me if you want.
