Dyno lines HP crossing TQ question

What does it mean and why do some dyno pulls not have HP & TQ crossing at 5252rpm?

Just finished reading that RX-8 Torque vs Horsepower article. It reminded me that HP and Torque should both cross right at 5252rpm.
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=272893

I have 1 graph where that does happen. And I have also have 2 graphs where it crosses much earlier. (all same dynojet)

Crosses at 4700rpm

Also crosses at 4700

Crosses at 5252 fine

If the hp and torque scales are not identical, then the power and torque curves will not cross at 5250 rpm. Check your dynos, you'll see that the scales do not match.
