Anyone has experience with BOMZ AIR INTAKE. I am trying to get a used Stillen, HKS or JWT filter, so i bought a BOMZ intake for just the piping. I dont know if i should install it till i get the filter i want.

INMHO the are better than the PR one because they are alumumin vs steel, better heat dissipation and lighter as well.
The filters are usually crap though, not recommended for a permanent filter.

 

i have it, works fine. one thing is the 95-96 cars (i think, or at least my 96) has the air temp sensor in the stock air box, and the bomz intake has no place to put it, so i had to stick it inbetween the piping. when looking at my friends 98 max, he had no air temp sensor in the box, so that would be no problem

 

my freind has an infinity, will this work for him?
