Disabling factory keyless entry

I recently shaved my door handles, but the factory keyless entry is causing alot of problems. I pulled the anti-theft and horn fuses, so now it doesn't make noise but it still kills the ignition. Anyone know how to take it out completely?

remove the battery from the remote. The security system doesn't turn on by it self

If that was true then you would be right, but some times I don't lock it and it happens anyway. Being as i have no key lock I can't disarm it from the door. Good try though.

I have the same problem with my car...I bought it used so it didnt come with the stock remote, so I bought an aftermarket alarm. And sometimes the stock alarm would somehow turn on, and I'd have to turn it off by turning the key in the door.
