Cat-back Exhaust

Well guys, I finally got my cat-back exhaust system. But, this system is special. It wasn't made for the Maxima, it was made for a HONDUH!! lol Even though it was made for a Civic, it sounds soo much better now! It has a nice deep throaty sound to it now and it's not loud at all. I just got it installed a few hours ago and I pulled together some half-*** pics of the finished piece. Check it out!

My bad, I also forgot to say that this was off of my buddy's Civic. What happened was he got the Greddy turbo which came with the exhaust for the turbo. Well, he didn't need this Ractive cat-back system anymore, so he sold it to me for $75!!! Man, I love it when people modify cars and have left over parts and they sell them to you for real cheap!! lol

Sweet! Sounds like the price was right. Did you have to do anything to fit it, or was it pretty much a straight bolt-in? How big is the piping?

The muffler shop had to add a small elbow to go over the rear sway bar, but other than that, it was a straight fit. The guy that worked on my car knew me real well, so he hooked me up with a great install. I'm about to go get some daytime pics with the digi cam. The piping is 2.5"

Good deal, it looks really clean too! You will have to try to get some sound clips up sometime!

The year of the Civic was a 1998 EX 2 door. The extra piece of piping was where the piping goes over the rear sway bar. My buddy, who did my exhaust at his shop, did it for me just to be on the safe side for rubbing issues with the exhaust on the bar. As for a pic, I don't have any man? I'm sorry? I actually just sold the Maxima and I just picked up a 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V? I'll try and find some old pics tho, I might have one? I'll look around for ya man.
