hey nice..mtx 6000 like me. is that a 12? i just have one sealed 12 and it hits really nice! its not the stongest sub in the worst, but it shakes the car and is perfect enough for me. lookin good. how much taht job cost ya?
Cost??
I graduated with the guy who owns the shop and i helped him with the install. The most expensive peice was the inch thick plexiglass (bullet-proof) which was $65. and the MDF board i had left over from a previous install. It took over 12 hours during two days.
The toughest part was getting thr MTX and the DEI to come out in the carpet

Sound?
It pounds!!!! I also added 3 1/2 in the doors instead of the 4x6's. I am taking it to a sound off in May to test the SPL and other stuff.
I recomend the MTX 6000's or 8000's but make sure that the amp will hold the ohm load and the box has enough air space
or they WILL BLOW
