Boosted now CEL went on *Help Urgent*
Ok so i pulled the code 2 long pulses 10 short ones = Fuel INJ sys left bank:lean
I reset the computer and it seems to be fine, is there anyway to fix this or was the computer just tripping? Im running an 8:1 on a 3.25 pulley i don't see how i could be running lean, if anything im running way to rich. I am also about to drive 3.5 hours to Rhode Island so i'd like to get this resolved before i leave. Would it have anything to do with the 1 step colder plugs i just dropped in?

Well, both iansw and max1man have had that code before and seem to get it every now and then. Seems to be a quirk that these motors get with boost. I don't think you have much to worry about. I would worry more if you reset the ECU and the code consistently comes back.

dont make any assumption until you see your AFR on a dyno. The lean code you got is for close loop operation and your ECU will not tell you if you are running lean or not at open loop (WOT). it is not just your set-up. a little thing here and there can screw up your AFR. i.e. MAF sensor return voltage is too low.
I was running lean 13:1 AFR with 2.87pulley and 8:1 FMU. I saw 110+ psi of fuel pressure on my gauge and I was still running lean. ECU did not pick up because 13:1 is perfectly fine for NA maxima and of course it didnt know that I have a supercharger.
and when I was running 20:1 AFR, the ECU didnt pick-up either because close loop operation AFR reading was perfectly fine.
the best way to know if your car is running too lean besides getting a dyno is to 1) check your plugs - but you have to boost the car and shut her off right the way. 2) check your O2 sensor right after your exhuast manifold. If they are snow white, you are running too lean.
take my advice - watch your EGT carefully.
