I bought mine on e-Bay from the member that operates http://www.makotoautotrends.com. He has them for sale on the website as well. The picture in the auction showed the gauges like you wanted but he sent me the ones with the blue circle. I had to return them for the correct gauges. From reading his feedback I was lucky to get the correct ones and several other Maxima bidders left negatives. My only suggestion is to try that website and hope you get the right gauges. Also, here is a link to my thread that shows the final product:

I had white needles and painted them red with a Sharpie. You can see the pics in the thread I mentioned above.

They light up just like in the pictures I posted. I have no complaints and the needles look much better. I did leave the light bulbs behind the cluster though. Many people who install these gauges take the bulbs out to run the wires through but I drilled 2 new holes to run the wires. I also took the blue condoms off of the bulbs to make them light up the needles brighter.

I have a set of indiglos I pulled out of my car. Adjustable color and brightness, just one solid color across the whole thing...no circles. Make an offer if you want them.

I believe he wants reverse indiglo gauges. And 96S14SE reminds me, the gauges from makotoautotrends.com have a control for the brightness and also have a blue and green setting. I have mine on green because it is easier on the eyes and matches the clock/AC/etc.
