95-96 Tail Light Replacement

[COLOR=Navy]
OK, so here is the problem. I get my altezzas on ebay, one is broken... so i send it back and get a replacement. 4 weeks go by in the meanwhile. finally, today i got my replacement and tried taking out those FUgly stock lights. Took off all the nuts and disconnected all the cords. took out all the light bulb housings... the damn thing will not budge. I noticed that there is some black rubbery sealant around the inner tail light housing. It is tight and hard (maybe because of the cold) and difficult to pull out. So there are my lights 'glued' to my car...

any suggestions?

Use a hairdryer or heat gun to heat up the glue to make for easy removal..

When I did mine I didn't have that problem but some people do. I have heard that if you take a hair drier and warm up the sticky stuff then it will losen them up. just a suggestion
