Is it worth it? Re: 98 GXE

I hope this is the correct forum..........

I found a black '98 GXE w/112000 miles. cloth power seats, spoiler, sunroof, non BoseŽ radio, auto.
two things that make me hesitate.
1) it pulls to the right after making a turn and accelerating???(figure it's the CV axles)
2) some sort of clunking noise in the rear when going over bumps. nothing major at all but I noticed it.(figure it's the trailing arm bushings or maybe wheel bearing)

other than that it drives fine and Carfax checks out OK. The outside has a couple of small dings but looks fine. The inside is clean and no tears or rips. Even the radio buttons have no fading!

I think I can get it for $6K drive out from a local dealer. They took it in on trade and know they'll lose alot more if they auction it off. It's been on the lot for two weeks and the price has dropped from $8995 to $6395 already!
Anyways here's the pic PLEASE tell me what y'all think!

sounds good, you should have a mechanic take a look at it.

Good thing I asked!

I guess there's a good reason it's been there two weeks.
