stock fuel injectors flow rating??

Hey guys, how do i find the stock fuel injectors flow rating for my 1990 VG30E? i badly need new ones but i dont know which cc/min i need to get, there are so many.

pretty sure they are 180 cc

why not just buy the correct stock ones?
MOST aftermarket performance injectors are not compatible with our rails.
