advice on aftermarket speaker installation

I just posted this, but I can't find it in any of the forums, so I'll repost.

I want to keep my Alpine CDE 7870 deck. I want to replace the door and rear speakers with new ones I bought online and I also want to install a sub in the trunk. If anybody has any experience with this stuff, I'd appreciate any advice. Specifically, on how to take out the receiver (and remove the paneling around it), how to remove the door paneling, and how to run wires from the battery to the amp and from the receiver to the amp and the amp to the subs. If you have any experience or know of any write ups dealing this stuff, please let me know.

Thanks.

Also, if anybody has found my original post on this topic and can direct me there, that would be cool.
