I am going to buy a salvaged intake manifold so that I can clean and ceramic coat it. I am pretty sure that all 95-99's are the same but just wanted to make sure.

As far as I know, yes. Except that the 99 Cali specs have a slightly different lower IM that has the swirl control valve. I'm not aware of any other differences besides that one. Upper IM should all be the same.

Few things here and there are alittle different. I believe the 98 has this brass vaccum elbow by where it connects to the TB. Some of the vaccm ports are little smaller on the later years compare to the earlier years. If you don't feel like using adaptors hoses, your best bet is the get the same year intake manifold. Don't get me wrong, it will bolt up fine. All the throttle linkage plate will fit...etc.
