what is the highest recommended wattage should i use for replacement bulbs i.e 55w 85w 100w.

55w, anything else and you'll have to upgrade the harnesses

It shouldn't unless you use higher wattage

i meant foglight housing. where can i get an h3 upgraded harness from?

the reason i ask is i bought a pair of h3's that were 100 w putting out 150 watt. and now i am regreting buying them.
