i have been pretty happy with my maxspeeds. although i wish they dropped a little more, i cannot really complain for $89 shipped new. i was running 235-50-17 at the time of the springs so i was worried about rubbing so i went with the most conservative drop. i think the key is replacing the struts along with the springs. i went with the kyb gr-2 and have not looked back.

They're good springs but have a very little drop. Go with H&Rs or progress for a little bit more of a drop.

Maxspeeds drop more in the front than H&Rs. They are also a little softer as well.

alot of guys are running MaxSpeeds, including myself.

i've had them on for abour 8 months now on stock shocks on my 2000 GXE.

the ride is a bit harder that stock, but not too bad. supposedly the closest to stock comfort-wise.

the drop was around 2" front and 1" rear. they are one of the springs with the least drop. but that was fine with me...didn't want anything drastic.

i've heard MaxSpeeds are basically budget H&Rs. can't beat the price! i got mine on ebay for $66. that was a good deal - they usually go for about $90 or so.

check out my homepage for pics.
