Why didn't i get recall memo in mail?

Why didn't i get recall memo in mail?

For the cam sensor recall or crank sensor, well whatever it is, should i notify the dealer about this? or wait and see if they notify me?

Finally got a letter!!!
Got the service done in the middle of January and
just today got a letter today telling me
to take it in!! At least they did send one though.
