HLSD = Cross Drilled Pedals Documentation...

Does anyone know where I could find documentation that HLSD trannies come with cross drilled pedals, need to prove my stupid dealer wrong (02 6-speed max). Please point me in the right direction if you know where.

If you can get your hands on a 2002 Maxima brochure...

Look to the FEATURES section inside the back cover. If you read through the SEATING/APPOINTMENTS section you will see "DRILLED METAL PEDALS" listed on the second column. It shows up as optional on the SE with a reference to footnote "6".

Footnote 6 - Available with HLSD option. Requires manual transmission. Estimated Availability: December 2001

Now go school that ignorant salesman!!!!!!

You could show him the 'H' on the transaxle code on the plate on the firewall under the hood although he still might not believe it.
