I dont have any pics but it will work. I just installed an Alpine Iva-d900 in my car 2 days ago and used the oem gxe dash trim with the pocket. It looks really good, except the head unit kinda sticks out a little but thats just the way the headunit is designed. I mounted it on the top and put the pocket on the bottom. Heres a pic from cwally's old max when he had his indash installed with the gxe trim:

I should have some pics of my setup up soon.

Thank you very much! Does the pocket come with the dash trim? I have a dash kit for my single din ALpine w/ the pocket on the bottom, it is black, and looks alright, but I want it to look as stock as possible. Where could I buy this and for how much? I want to my local Nissan Dealership and they wanted like $144!

THe pocket does not come with the dash kit so you will have to get that separately. The part numbers you will need to get from the nissan dealer are: 68750-3Y110 (the ventilator assembly) and 68475-35F00 (the pocket). They are very expensive, especially when compared to the other generic dash kits available. I believe I paid just over 100 bucks for mine from Jerry Rome Nissan who is a member here and they give discounts to org members. You could also try DaveB. Heres some pics:
The ventilator assembly:

Steve, Thanx for the pics and info. Your site is great! How do you change the light on the stearing column from green to blue?

I already have a pocket, thanx.
