Custom 5.5 gen lower billet grill

I saw this on Steve's homepage
it is a 2k2-2k3 front bumper im intrested in doing the lower part liek this anybody know how to??

I think the top looks hot. The bottom isn't bad either. Looks better than the Trenz grille IMO.
