For those who got their ecu reflashed...is there any gain in normal everyday driving? Do I have to Manually shift the auto to notice the gain? Any pinging due to AFR?

There is a really nice gain in every day driving. The flash gets rid of the hesitation and you can definitely throttle repsonse much more at partial throttle. No pinging here
