Not the little arm rest thing, but the whole seat folds forward. I have a 96 and it doesn't, but I'm not sure about the newer ones.

 

No. Someone on the org did it though. I remember everyone said it isn't possible, but he did it anyways. Can't think of who though.

my 1986 se did they called it ski rack seats or something. man i wish they still did it. i had a system with 8 in speakers and when i folded down the seat people thought i had twelves cause i was able to expose them right into the car.

 

ptatohed did a fold up mod to his 4th gen, that's the closest i've seen.

 

I finally did my 'backseat fold-down mod'! (well, kinda...)

 

Umm, mine fold forward, there are 2 ***** at the top of either side that you lift, and the seat pivots forward... only thing that doesn't pivot are the pads on the sides... exposes a half-decent sized hole to the trunk that you can at least fit a body through.
Does that count?

5th gens can fold seats down, my mom's does.

If I remember correctly, 2nd, 5th, and 6th Gen do, 3rd and 4th don't.
