You can't find the gutter guard mesh at Home Depot? That's what we use.

It comes in a package of 3 sheets....at least the ones we get locally.

I even had a clinic in my hotel room a couple of years ago:

Make life simple, drive to home depot and buy the mesh that has the little curve, its the 8 x 30 inch ones wiht the hinges, nice stiff mesh. holds its shape and allows you to form it to whatever curve u need. I got the same thing i made the bubble top mesh for my stock grille with it, installing it tomorrow.

Home depot has the **** for you. It was like $3 for a freakin hugh sheet of mesh. I still have some of that stuff left over for the rest of my grille. They give you a lot...

When me and my best friend were in HS driving my maxima into the parking lot from lunch we would always see a honda with a body kit and fron mesh. Whoever saw it first would say "HEY! that is the guy who stole my screen door!" I guess we should have said "HEY! that is the guy who stole my gutter guard!" ::shakes head:: Best of luck with your new mesh. Post some pics so we can see how it turned out for you.

Just make sure when you get to spray it with clearcoat, so that it doesn't tarnish or rust.

my front-grill cost me $5. black grill + 40 zip ties. took some time to cut and trim. w/ the nissan badge removed, the front-end looks a lot cleaner.

check out maxnoob's homepage for his custom front-grill, it turned out really nice.
