help car shakes after 60 mph!!!

help car shakes after 60 mph!!!

after the car reaches 60 and over its starts to shake does any one know what could it be. could it that the wheeles are unbalanced. if any have any other ideas id apritiate it.

I had the same problem. get the wheels balanced/rotated.

thanx...thats what i thought that the wheels are unbalanced i just wanted to make sure there wast a bigger problem

Here we go again. Nissan wishes they had $100 each time this question were asked, they'd be able to mfg. the 6th gen in Detroit, 'stead'f bypassing the UAW, overcharging, and building them in MS.

Alignment = no improvement.

Wheel bal. = nice try.

N E 1 figure it out, short of replacing ball joints, lemme know.

I just want to throw this out there in case the other solutions (which I would try first) don't work.
If you had a brake job done recently your brakes may be over adjusted.

Your wheels are more than likely out of balance. Or your missing weights on them. Sometimes those stick on weights fall off.

yea.. mine was like that until i got my tires balanced and it rides smooth now.
