Anyone have just a y-pipe with an Injen Intake?

I want to get a Budget y-pipe with an Injen Intake. I was just concerned how they would sound all together, just with these two things on ( i am all stock right now). Have you ever heard them together? I like something that sounds really nice and not like the civics, if you know what i mean. I don't want it too loud that the police might hear from a long distance, just average. Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

You will barely be able to tell a difference in the exhuast. You will, however, LOVE the sound that the intake makes. You will scare all the little ricers away. You're gonna love the gains.

I/Y is not a cop attractor. Cat-Backs are what attract coppers.

i installed my injen a month ago and installed my warpspeed y pipe today. the y pipe does make the car sound different but its barely noticeable. there is more vroom vroom in the y pipe now and it sounds sweet. it doesnt not sound like a civic at all. and as far as the intake goes. its SWEEEEEET. that thing growls

Yeah I have an Injen and y-pipe and thats it. Most of the sound comes from the intake, which you really don't hear until you open the throttle wide. The y-pipe doesn't make that much of a difference in sound at all.

I used to have that setup, it's great. Not at all ricer. You don't really hear the y pipe, but at wot the injen roars.

I have a HAI, and a Budget Y Pipe. All you hear is intake really. It did make my muffler sound a tad louder. And when you go WOT and let off you'll hear the Y-Pipe go VROOM. Sounds awesome.

I suggest wrapping your ypipe though. I think a rock hit my flex section or something because I would haev a hesitation at aroud 2,500RPM under normal driving. After I wrapped it, it doesn't do it anymore. Just gets up and goes. I lost some serious power in the low end for whatever reason, I didn't make power until about 3,200. Now it gets up at around 2,700RPM and pulls like crazy.

My Injen and Y-pipe sound pretty quiet. Doesn't even sound close to being ricey even at full throttle. Sounds almost v8-ish. Funny thing is, seems quieter with the Injen than it does with the stock intake.
