so ive got a chacne to pick one up at a great deal and ive got a few questions about it. The kid says that it boosts hp lik 8hp, i said thats def not tru but on the slim chance it is im asking here. also does that filter come apart at all? i know its ricy but i want my intake to match the rest of the engine and its black, my theme is blue. so i figured i could just take that plastic part off and paint it with the same paint i used on the engine parts.
