ECU self diag prob?

ECU self diag prob?
I recently changed my rad fluid, that same day CEL went on.. I tried to check ecu codes as per instructions on the forum but to no avail..iginition in the 'on' position..turn screw clockwise until stop..wait for 2 secs.. and then counter clock..cel doesn't flash.!!!??..is my ecu broken?... I refuse to go to the dealer..they're charging $80 for a scan...Someone help...Am I doing something wrong?

Did you turn the key all the way until all the lights came on on your dash? If so then I don't know what else to tell you seems right. If not thats your problem.
