Trouble starting car and problem was blown fuse??
for the past week every morning or when ever my engine was cold my 96 max with 115k would have trouble starting.. i would have to crank it at least twice while holding my foot on the gas to get it to start.. it felt like it was chocking.. but after the engine warmed up it drove perfectly.. so today i just got an idea to check the fuses under the dash and i found 1 7.5A fuse blown. the fuse was for the "start sig" thats what was on the sticker inside the fuse box.. anyone know anything about this and if i hard anything by starting my car like that for a week.. any info i appreciate
well thanks dooch bag.. i must not be as mechanically inclined as you sorry... but if ur gonna be an a$$ dont eve post.. i was also asking why was i able to start it with the fuse blown and why the engine chocked.. so if anyone else has something helpful to say without be an ahole... id appreciate it
I just told you what it was. You don't have to be mechanically inclined to realize that if your car has trouble starting and you have a blown fuse that has START SIGNAL on it, you should replace it. The signal was probably out of spec or something and the car had trouble strting. Check all your fuses to see if others are bad too. If you're gonna call someone a DOOCH bag, at least try to spell it right.
