Raybestos QuietStop brake pads- issue

Anyone have an issue where their Raybestos pads (mine are brand new) were constantly loose and rattling while driving? I'm using the anti-rattle clips which came with my car and the raybestos shims which came with the pads. Any idea what could be causing this annoying rattling?

You might just not have them seated in there correctly.
Did you happen to put them in backwards.
(not trying to be smart azz, but it is easy to do.)

After getting rattling I took the car to a Nissan dealer, who informed me that the pads were the cause. He didn't say they were installed incorrectly. What do you mean by backwards? Ceramic side is facing the rotors on both sides..

I don't know what else to tell you with the information I was given.
Anything else you can tell us?

I found what i thought to be the source of the rattling: The rotor wasn't sitting on the hub evenly. I secured each rotor to the hub using a lug nut while putting the pads on and the whole system was rattle-free for a little while afterwards. After driving about 10 miles, though, brakes began rattling again...
