"Help" Lots of Vibration from the front end and bouncier ride and advice?

recently Ive been having some bad handling with my 98 SE. It seems that

when I hit bumps in the road the front of the car vibrates

(bang, bang, bang, bang) and I almost swerve out of my lane. This vibration is felt

in the steering wheel and front end of the car. (over the wheels) The ride is

more rough than before and when I go over small hills on the highway the car

feels more bouncy like its all over the road??? (Like Im on a water bed) I dont

know If its the struts or what ever else it could be?? I did the strut push down

test... on the driverside corner I the car bounces twice... I push down and the

car goes "up-down, up-down." I dont know? Im clueless? Anyone else ever go

threw this? Any experts who know a lil about suspensions have any advice, Im

all ears... Thanks

-Alex

Well I did hear that it was better to use the OE strut mounts... Anyway I was picking up my girl today and while I waited I was testing the bounce in the front of the Max and my girl walked out... She said that my car looked like a Low Rider bouncing up and down... Thas when I said that it wasnt just me that saw it... I also saw som wetness in the wheel well and on the strut itself... Thats when I said damn Its the struts... Well at least the strut... Anyway I was looking into the Llumina Tokico with the Tokico springs... Is that a nice choice?? Well I guess Jeff will take a look at her soon...

That statement says it all. You need new struts.
