Anyone have a write-up of this? The link in the "how to" sticky at the top doesn't work anymore. BTW I noticed on the bottle of my Amsoil Series 2000 75w90 that it says GL2 through GL5. Is it safe to assume that this oil is GL4 compatible?

you want GL4 or mt-90(redline) equivilent. not shure of that gl2-gl5 you mentioned

remove fill plug then remove drain plug then I believe its 4.5 quarts of it but fill it up until its level with the fill plug- basically fill till it spills.
