Sounds pretty odd to me? Instead of wasting your time w/ the glasspack, just get a normal aftermarket muffler?

HEHE! Glasspack. Just save up and get a Powertech muffler and your Max will have a nice deep sound.

Glasspacks are glorified noise makers, don't do it. They do absolutely nothing for flow, in fact, they can impede flow because they cause buffeting and whatnot. I'd drill holes in an oem muffler to make more sound before i'd get a glasspack!

glass pack sounds outdated and redneck. or it is for trucks. i remember in high school hearing that "johnny has glasspacks turned backwards on his F-100. it's so bad-a$$." -is that even a legit term anymore -glasspack?

I think technically, any straight thru muffler packed with fiberglass is a 'glasspack'. I tend to think of traditional glasspacks as resonators.
