Hey guys, anyone know if I can fit 2k1 or 2k lights on a 03 max? Will i have to do any other modifications to it? Will they fit perfect?

They fit after a slight modification...but you'll have a gap at the bottom of each light. The 00/01 lights are shorter than the HIDs by about a .5 of an inch.

 

Where in florida did you get your lights stolen?

 

Right in front of my condo (kendall area).

 

Every maxima headlight is mix and match for this generation.
I'm running an '02 with '00 halogen lights with silverstars. The difference in beam is negligible in distance (only to the sides is it less, but you have fogs). Just they aren't as pretty.

You'll also need harness and mounting clips.

 

sorry to bump a very old thread...but i was just wondering what harness do i need in order to use halogens? i'm wanting to change my headlights to the 00-01 ones now. also, anyone have a pic of the gap using 00-01 headlights on an 02 max? i can't see the above pic haha

what are you gonna do about that gap? would u be able to put on an 00-01 bumper on the 02's

 

Yes you can but you would have to change the grille as well since its smaller for the 00's. To fill the gap, there is a rubber sealant that goes around the headlight. It's pretty ugly looking with the rubber around it tho, I've seen it on a gold max and it was
