i got my ECU read and ended up with two error codes:
0608 - cylider one misfire
0201 - ignition signal primary circuit fault

i was going to change the spark plugs this week anyway, but will i have to change cylider one coil as well?

and the second signal "ignition signal primary circuit fault" i have no idea what that means. what do i do to fix it? thanx!

 

Yes, the ignition signal primary circuit fault is a coil problem. It's a common problem with the '00 models. I had all mine replaced a couple of weeks ago. It may be one that is bad or more than one. Might want to test each one to see which ones are bad. I hope this helped you out.

 

how do you test the coils?

im thinking the bad one must be the number one, same as the plug, maybe the plug isnt working because of the coil.
