How many pints of tranny fluid does a Manual VE hold?

I already got me some control arms, and im bout to get me some new drives axles, but since im going to have to drain the tranny fluid out. I was thinking about heading up to Courtesy Nissan since it is right down the street and getting some Redline synthetic tranny fluid. GL-4 right, just want to double check that and what weight should i get. I also need to know about how many pints should i get, i know it costs around 8 bucks a pint something like that. Thanks for anyone's help.
