Car not starting, need some help

Was running PERFECT. I got off the freeway, went to the store, came out and it wouldn't start. I tried to get a jump and got nothing. The radio turns on and I can operate the windows but it won't start. I'm about to go and take the battery out and have it tested at autozone. If it's not the battery, what could it be?

The battery is fine. All the fuses are fines. I talked to the guy who tested my battery at autozone and he said the starter's solenoid might be hot and sometimes it could takes hours for it to cool down. Since it has been like 90 + all day I'm going to wait a few hours and see if it'll start, if not I'll have to tow the SOB.

Neutral safety switch.
Try pushing the shifter all the way forward while trying to start it, or try to start in neutral.
