Do you folks use the some type lubricate to reattach the air intake tube to air intake MAF?

There is a female opening on the air intake air buffer box and air filter box that suppose on hole together with some type of screw, I think? If yes, what is the size of the screw?

I have taken my stock intake piping apart a few times and never had to lubricate any of the parts. Just wiggle the pieces together, be careful with the MAF though.
