XD5 bulbs - 5800K??

I was thinking about getting the XD5 bulbs since I saw them mentioned on the org a while back. So I checked out the ebay page said that it puts out 5800K. Is this even possible in a halogen bulb?? The SilverStars put out 4000K and those things are pretty damn bright.

Does anyone have these who know can say how bright these bulbs really are?

I have a set of XD5s that are the stock wattage. They are a lot nicer (seem brighter) than the stock bulbs and not too blue. I have had them for over 6 months now and no problems.

(I want to thank Nubiannupe for recommending them to me, too)

Comparing Chris's to my dads silverstars, I would say 5800 isnt too far off, lol.
