The power antenna on my '91 GXE is stuck in the up position. When I turn the stereo off I hear the motor running trying to pull it down but it doesn't go anywhere. I can't even push it down. This happen to anyone else? Is it fixable or should I give up and buy a new antenna?

 

sounds like your mast isnt catching by the way of the motor, but not being able to push it down, maybe its bent, a new mast might fix it. mine wouldnt go down either, but i had to push REALLY hard then it went down.
