My car starts and then dies right away, like there's no fuel pressure of something. On occasion it starts and keeps running, but then the RPMs run really low (around the 400s). the engine turns over well, starts, and then dies right away, probably from a lack of fuel.
so basically its happened a bunch of times but is getting more and more frequent, i have no idea what to do

could be your fuel pump going bad...

 

it starts sometimes and others there is no fuel pressure, could it be an electrical connection with the fuel pump or something like that? are there any other devices that control fuel pressure?
