Cali ECU on a Fed spec maxima?

my OBD scanner reports that my ECU complies to OBD II (California ARB) . Is that normal if my vehicle is Fed spec (I have 2 sensors in the front of the spark plug cover instead of 4)?

Hmmmm, maybe it's just saying it complies with OBD II standard, which is also California ARB standard? I mean, if you did have a cali spec ECU, you should theoretically be throwing codes for the other 2 O2 sensors that are missing, and probably more codes as well. So I really doubt you have a Cali spec ECU. I don't think you really have anything to worry about.
