Fuel Injectors resistance?

Hey, guys. How do I check the fuel injectors resistance? Where do I connect the ohm meter probes to get the reading? Does the injectors has to be taken off the rail to check? Or I just plug the probe right into the electrical plug of the injectors and read its resistance? Any thought? What about using the ECM to check the injectors and what about checking the PCM? Anyone has any experiences with it? Btw, I am going to check all of the rubber fuel lines too. Courtesy guys said there were 4 lines total, is that right? I only saw 2 lines, one going to the fuel filter and one goes out of the fuel filter to the fuel rail. What other 2 were they talking about?
