Opinions on Tokico springs

In my search for the right set of springs, I need opinions on the Tokico springs. I was originally going to purchase Maxspeed springs but ORGer opinions changed my mind. I like the drop of the Tokico springs but was wondering if there was anything about them that ORGers didn't like. Where'd you get yours? "The bible" has them listed as $159 at CM but when I looked, they were $189; does the $30 discount for mentioning the review count for any Tokico suspension product?

The tokico springs give a very comfortable ride, and keep the car very even. Ive been experiencing some sagging in the rear, but that is mostly because of the system in the trunk

Did you get yours from CM? If not, where'd you get them?

I got the Tokico package with Illuminas, on eBay for $560 shipped. I've been very happy with the drop, comfort, and performance. The rear did drop slightly more than the front (I have manual tranny), but now ride height is dead even (I don't have a system in my trunk).
I'm also very happy with the Illuminas, and would highly recommend them as well.

I just got the Illumina + Springs Kit from CM installed last night. I love it. The ride is a little harsher over bumps and such, but nothing that would make me regret installing them. The handling is fantastic, the drop is dead even, and the car looks soooo much better.

Man, you guys have convinced me to get the kit from CM. I was going to spend $230 and get GR2 struts and save some cash but I have yet to see a single thread/post complaining about Tociko products. Thanks, guys....I think

I don't have Tokico Springs, I have Sprints, but I do have the Illuminas, and even with the 2" drop on the Sprints, my car still rides stock for the most part.

Over some dipsy doodles you can feel it, but for the most part the Illuminas really help out the ride A LOT!!! Definetly spend the extra dollars!

4DRSpeed, how long have you been running on Sprints and Illuminas? Do you have a pic of your car? I like the idea of a 2" drop but want to see it on a Max first.

I have the tokico Illumina suspension kit installed on my car. The ride is not too harsh thanks to the illuminas, and the drop is dead even. I have about a 2 and a half finger gap all around. Its not that low low of a drop but its noticeable especially since are Maximas come with 4x4 capabilities from the factory. I got mine from custommaxima.com. Just mention the ad on Vqpower.com and they will give you the $30 discount. Good luck

i put the illuminas on over the winter with maxspeeds, probably should have spent the money on the better spring set up from cm, mine rides mint though, no problems at all, my rear end does sag lower then the front but mostly from the system wieght....def. go with the illuminas though, youll regret not buying them if you dont

It's been about 2 weeks now. I don't have any pics of the car yet (no digicam), but it looks awesome, except for the famous uneven sit of the sprints. I love it though, the ride is top notch, I couldn't be happier.

To all who are posting their testimnonials:

PLEASE also post
(1) whether you are auto or 5-speed (makes difference in front drop) and
(2) whether you have an audio system in your trunk (makes difference in rear drop). Without this info your comments don't say very much. Thanks!

Front won't drop as much as it's lighter than the auto.

Mmmax has the Tokico kit from CM. I have a few pix here:http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/346244/7.
He is a 99 auto with 2 10's in the trunk. He needs to chime in on the ride. The drop is almost identical to my Eibachs.
