Windows Rolling down WAAAYYY too slow, and squeeky... FIXES???

Since the search option is dissabled I have to ask this once again. Can some one please tell me an easy way to fix this problem. My Maxima's front 2 windows roll down and up very slowly and make squeeky sounds. I don't have any sort of tint on the windows, and yet I still experience this problem. Can someone offer a quick solution. THANKS

Same here, mine seem worse some days than others. What do the dealers use?

Silicone spray, e.g. STP Silicone Spray from autozone.

Roll down the windows, spray the entire side track from top to bottom thoroughly with silicone spray, making sure you spray it deep towards the inside of the window track. Move the window up/down a few times, then with the windows up try reaching in with the straw and spraying further inside the door, still trying to get the side window tracks.

Worked like a charm for me. No squeaking, and my windows open a little faster now.

you need to clean everything before you use the silicon spray. the dirt is what really causes the problem.
sorry for the bad pic.
red - wipe inside of track with wet rag, dry, then spray silicon along the whole thing
blue - ONLY wipe down with wet rag (inside the two rubber pieces where the window goes)
