Where is filler on '04 5 speed auto SE?

I accidently drained my auto trans fluid instead of oil. I can't seem to find the filler for trans fluid. There is a small black with some kind of lock with a "Use only Nissan atf" on it. If this is the filler, how do I get the cap off. My manual suggests that only Nissan service should replace the fluid on the 5 speed auto, but not the 4 speed. Also, how bad would it be to drive about 1 mile with the transmission fluid down a couple of quarts.

Thanks,

Phil

The Nissan Matic-K ATF goes in that tube you talked about. Take a sharp pointed object and push in on the center of the latch on the front of the black handle. Don't drive that car, use another car to go to the nissan dealer and get some Nissan Matic-K ATF and put it in YOURSELF. The oil drain plug faces the REAR of the car.
