battery died?

hey all, yesterday i went to the market and came back to my car. when i tried to start it, nothing happened, all i heard were a few click click sounds, even if i gased it. so i figured the battery died and got a v8 truck come to jump it for me. well that was unsuucessful also, so i almost gave up and was going to call a tow truck. but out of no where i just decided to start it one last time without the jump cables and it worked. so i brought the car home. now this morning when i tried it start again, the same thing happened, all i got was a few click click sounds. would this be a battery or starter problem? thanks. oh and also, i have a 600 watt amp that im running in my car. would this be a problem too? thanks

It's your starter, you managed to start it again usually you get one or two more out of if it's cooled down, then it's toast. You've prooved the battery okay on the jumpstart. Good luck
