How to change wiper arm?

How to change wiper arm?

I mean the piece that is hooked/attached to the car, not the wiper itself. I guess because of time, weather conditions, everything, some part of the arms are white so I'd like to change them, it makes the car look cheap. How much is it?

Mine were also like that, I just went to home depot and bought sum black paint and painted them. They look good as new.

there is a cap covering the screw...its at the bottom. its 10 or 12mm then pull it off and paint it up. I cant believe Nissan painted chrome.....WFT. They always peel.
