5th gen hid bulbs?

are the 5th gen hid bulbs d2s or d2r? and what is the temp that the ballast is giving off?

hm ok another question, one of my bulbs blew on it, can i get any bulb that is d2r? cuz i seen a phillips bulb for sale it is only the bulb and it has like one prong on the bottom of the bulb to connect but on the maxima bulb its like connetced and wires come out of it and then it goes to a black box then those wires run to the ballast, someone help me if they can

Look for D2R on Ebay and look for that color.....

I'm soon going to be purchasing a pair form ebay.....WAY cheaper than form Phillips. (They are new BTW)

also it says life expectancy of the bulbs are 2000 hours, is that the same for the ballast or the ballast usually will last for good? and when gettin bulbs do they have to be 4300 or can i get higher

I dunno about the ballast but you can put in whatever K you want.....I think 6000K is the best........but that's just my opinion.

ok but i mean whast the life expectancy of a ballast? is it the same as the bulbs?
