Those owners must be morons STARTING the bidding at 18 grand. They'd be lucky to get half that.

 

I say part it out. You might get more. Sell the seats for a grand. A/V product roughly 3000. Amps will run for 500-600. Subs 150. "Custom Kit" 1500. Rims for 2500 with tires. That's his best bet.

Man, what a SHAME! MTV goes and pimps this kid's ride and he turns around and sells it. How ungrateful.

I really like that show. I think it's cool what they do. Granted, its not exactly my style... but you are looking at a pretty much custom car here (by the time they are done).

I just think its too bad they put all that time/money into his car and he turns around and sells it. I think it looks MUCH better now than when they started with it.

No need to hate just cause it's not your style. I think its a pretty unique ride (although you won't see me bidding on it, LOL)

I agree..as much as that show sucks, those guys do have skills on some of the REAL cars they do outside of Pimp My Ride.

and another thing...its a 1st gen Maxima, it looks 10 times better than before and if not for the yellow paint and interior would actually be pretty nice

 

I think xhibit is pretty funny too! I enjoy watching the show and have a respect/appreciation for what those guys do!
